Came in because of a backache that got so bad I couldn't sleep the whole night. Told me they'd call me, only got the call around 7pm after I got myself painkillers and there was nothing they could do by that point. Came in because of a bump in my armpit, they told me they booked me for a scan and would call me to come in. Found out months later that they cancelled it because they "lacked information" without ever calling me back and asking. Shocking experience joined in feb tried to make first appointment in July despite being completely computer blind and suffering from dyslexic I've been unable to make appointment this week all the doctors are in a meeting yet kept me in a q for 20mins to tell me there's no appointments
Worst doctors I have ever been to. Reception staff are useless, unhelpful and rude. If I could use another doctors I would. As for some of the doctors just don’t care about you really. I could go on on about it but it would a waste. Zero stars of could
Just waited on hold (22 minutes!!) to finally get through to reception to make a doctors appointment for my elderly mum. Very unhelpful response. Told to ring back at 8am. Why I couldn't just make an appointment there and then I do not know! I live in Wales and said its difficult for me to ring back then as I work, but she just repeated ring back at 8am rather abruptly!!!! No wonder my mum is fed up with them and cant be arsed.
