New owners are great I moved into the apartment I actually viewed. Super clean remodel inside is very nice. Any problems you need fixed they are there within a day. Neighbors are quite and most are families. Edit to my original review I lived here two years, found a new place that fit my family's needs. But would still recommend as a place to live. If you give your 30 day notice and don't trash the apartment they are honest and will give your entire security deposit back.
Be careful. All those reviews 5 months ago are fake

I went to Bella Vista complex to do an inquiry. I was so impressed not only by how decent the apartment looks but also by how professionally and respectfully I was treated at the leasing office by a guy name, Luis. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Please check it out and you will not be disappointed.
