Didn't bother responding
I have twice use Lockhart for urgent but non emergency leaks. Ryan responds quickly to phone calls and messages, was able to fit me in to his schedule quickly and is a friendly pleasant person. I received clear explanations of the issues, the repairs and a simple report with recommendations to forward my Strat council. I plan on using this company again and would recommend them.
Ryan helped us out with an emergency repair on a Friday afternoon. Several other companies declined to take on this work, but Ryan was highly professional, responsive, and provided quality work at a fair price. Would recommend Lockhart Plumbing and Heating without reservation, based on our experience with him!
We scheduled him to fix a leaky bathroom sink. He even confirmed right before the agreed date and time. He not only did not show up he did not pick up any of our calls.
