I had a plumbing scare on Christmas Eve and started calling plumbers to see if anyone could come take a look. Since it was Christmas Eve, no one was available, and the few who were available were charging quite a lot. I called Lockhart and spoke to Eli. Even though no one could come out, he patiently asked what had happened, explained that it wasn’t as bad as I thought, and told me how to handle it.
