I have been going here since 2018 and back then it was a good office, now theyve made it so hard to receive the care you need. At lockhart family medicine you are no longer a patient but a customer. I have taken the same medication for 27 years for migraines with no issue all of a sudden which ever random PA i get assigned for my appointment refuses to let me have my medication. My family and I have been going to this practice since it first opened. When Dr. Romanek retired, we continued to see Dr. Wheeler. She has always been compassionate, caring and really listens to our concerns. Her staff is amazing as well-friendly, compassionate and caring.
I’ve seen Daniele primarily, and Dr. Wheeler once because she never has appointments available. It is however, Dr. Wheeler, who is my primary care physician and who bills my insurance. I contracted Covid during the Labor Day weekend and could not get an appointment because the office was closed. My last visit woth Dr. Wheeler was in 2013. Beware if this conwoman asks if you have any other symptoms. She will charge you for a second visit during the first and leave you stuck paying the bill. I never paid it and never went back. Motivated by money.
