This is a follow-up to Emilio’s review since he can’t respond to the owner’s reply. I was there during the entire interaction. The mechanic/owner told us the truck only needed new tires and a front-end alignment. Since he wouldn’t accept payment for the inspection, Emilio thanked him by getting an oil change. I had this mechanic inspect a Ford Ranger before purchasing it. I was told the truck looked good and that it mainly needed tires and a front-end alignment, so I felt comfortable moving forward with the purchase. After buying the truck, I immediately had the same shop do an oil change while it was still there. That’s when I was told it had an oil leak. Highly recommend! I was referred to Lockhart Car Care by the manager at O’Reilly’s in Lockhart Texas. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. They were efficient, extremely thorough and did not charge me for items that were unnecessary. Eugene, the assistant manager was extremely professional.
