Answer the damn phone!
Lockhart service has become unprofessional and they have us over a barrel as the only dealer in town. Today I called 6 times during regular hours and they didn’t even pick up the phone. It’s quite routine to have to call a DOZEN times to get a problem addressed. And forget about them calling “you” back. You just chase then until you get it accomplished. We’ve bought and sold cars with them over the years , but will not do so going forward. I cringe when I know I have to deal with them for service or a warranty issue.
