Communication was the worse I ever experienced
I purchased a used car from Lockhart. My exceptional salesperson is no longer with the company. The service that I have received when I have to take my car for maintenance is not on par as the service that I received at the purchase time. I constantly have to call to get updates on the status of my vehicle. I have repeatedly told them the contact information even though there is someone else also on the vehicle.
