I employed lock fast some time back and the product has served well since two minor inquiries about the gate remote were addressed immediately. The install took a day and the two installers were polite and professional their work was very good.
Couldn't be happier with our new fences. From quote to installation Matt, Tania and the team were extremely efficient and courteous and the finished product looks fantastic.
I am really disappointed with these guys. I chose them because Daniel who came out was very responsive and seemed really on to it. Once the job was approved however it was all downhill from there. Despite being provided with a plan and a detailed verbal and written brief, the people he sent to install the fence put it in backwards with the gate in the wrong spot. Our gate was installed and we were happy with it. Within a couple of weeks the latch was not working properly and we were unable to open the gate from the outside. I contacted Lockfast and asked them to come have a look at it. They said they were “too busy”. 2 months and many messages later, we arranged to have it fixed by someone else. Post installation service is atrocious. Go elsewhere.
I love my gate and the guys were really great that attended. Professionalism throughout the process and a great quality product. Everyone is always compliments my gate.
