Do not rent with lockett n homes. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Lived in one of lockett n homes property for 3 years. They have no maintenance so they will not fix anything. They have leasing agents running the show with no knowledge of the property. Now that I have moved due to inspection failure I am having the hardest time getting my deposit back. Great management company and management very understanding and prompt.
Unprofessional. Bad customer service. Family left without electricity for over 72hrs. Completely unacceptable
I was able to get a loan without having my income sourced. The office staff was wonderful while helping me to get my docs submitted.
