Mr. Locke was extremely kind and helped us by restretching wall to wall carpeting that was installed a couple years prior by ANOTHER installer. His fee was minimal and the carpet is 100% improved. The original installers cut corners in their work and the carpet had wrinkled very badly. It was refreshing to have someone accept a small job and come that very week to help us out of this situation.
