First, I typically do not write these types of posts and usually take them with a grain of salt. However, do NOT order from Locker's Flowers Greenhouse and Gifts. Since John Diedrich sold the business last year their customer service has been ABYSMAL. First they collosally screwed up 6 of 9 corporate orders the week before Christmas. With no communication of deliveries unfulfilled and/or asking for more money after already paying for the orders. Very shady business practices to say the least. And COMPLETELY unacceptable. Great friendly place. Customer service 10/10. The natural floral scent is soothing and calming.
Excellent service and a beautiful Peace Lily. I ordered by phone from out of town. The recipient was impressed with the plant they received. I highly recommend Locke’s Flowers.
New ownership. Beware quality as it has declined immensely from prior owner. Find a different florist and save yourself the disappointment.
Beautiful establishment with a lovely selection and many professionals in staff to handle any situation.
