I wouldn’t recommend storing your things here. The setup is awkward getting in and out. The storage units aren’t elevated with runoff so it’s ALWAYS muddy if your unit is north facing, like have to put muck boots on to get things in and out every time. The units have a strong mothball type odor and now so do all our things. Worst of all, the doors aren’t well sealed so there was a half inch thick layer of dirt and dust on all of our belongings that had blown in. Made a mistake and didnt realize that this place was 7 hours away from me. Was a little slow on the communication but they did right by me and helped me fix the issue asap. Showed me that some businesses can be truly honest. (Makes me feel pretty emotional actually). If i ever moved to great falls i would absolutely do business with them. And i wish you guys all the success that can ever come to you.
Nice newer units with easy registration (online) and hassle free. Great spot I would recommend and would use again for sure personally if I need storage in the area in the future!
