I moved into locker room lofts in 2019 when Michelle Rhodenizer was the property manager. She was so kind and understanding (we were coming from an unstable/unethical landlord, Tammy Britt). Michelle was quick and responsive, and flexible with my roommate and I during our very sudden move-in process, and she really looked out for the building and tenants. This sinkhole has been there for a month before it was brought to their attention supposedly. Not motorcycle friendly. There’s too much air of arrogance when dealing with the people in the office (Brian Brooks). In a matter of 5 minutes, I was told 2 different reasons on why all of sudden you can’t park motorcycles behind the fence. The dog park fence was broken for the longest, with the clamp not working. Overall their customer service skills suck.
