Absolutely butchered my son’s hair. Asked for a medium fade (we showed a picture of what he wanted), ended up with the highest “fade” I’ve ever seen. His poor scalp was covered in bumps/cuts/irritation because she kept running the clippers over the same spots over and over and over. He’s so embarrassed and I can’t seem to find a way to style it to make it look good. I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I've been going here for about a year and I've had nothing but good experiences. All the workers are friendly and good at their job. Never had any issues with wait times or service or anything.
