I’ve been here about three times since I’ve moved here to Abilene and I have to say that the haircuts are decent but the lack of care and laziness of some of the employees is almost speechless. I set an appointment for their top of the line Coach deal, but the lady down graded it to a pro since she only wanted to do the hair cut. No conversation started, this lady had her AirPod in her ear and did some of the laziest work as a barber. Have been going there since I moved to Abilene a year ago. Overall I was having a great experience, until I let the manager cut my hair. She cut my hair three times and all three were subpar (compared to the other barbers in the shop, which are great). Today the manager messed me up so bad I had to go elsewhere and get it redone and most of it cut off. I’m not a confrontational kinda guy so I just paid and went elsewhere.
