Horrible customer service. On 7-11-24, I called and purchased an Under Seat Long Gun Safe for $1135.00. As of date I have not received my item. I have called numerous times with no one answering the phone. I have left messages with no return phone calls back. In checking their recent reviews on Google, people are having the same issue as I am. Check their reviews on Yelp, 1.9 out of 18 reviews. I am in agreement with one review on Google, they are committing fraud. Stay clear of this company
ATTENTION!!! Lock'er Down had gone out of business. DO NOT ORDER!!! Their website is still active and will accept new orders, buy you will not get any product. THEY ARE COMMITTING FRAUD!!!
I am giving one Star for customer support/service... People have been calling and leaving messages for weeks now with no response as if the business is shut down and gone. Sucks when you are locked out of your safe with no help.
Very impressed with the great quality of their products, excellent service and professionalism. Perfect install into my 2009 Suburban in less than 10 mins. Feeling confident knowing my weapon is secured in case my family’s safety is threatened.
