I will be short! I called early morning and was told no problem to complete a small repair by Tuesday and provided a dollar amount. I call the car towed to the shop. The fellow working the front desk was not very friendly and let me know that the repairs at best case would by Friday. I requested a quote and this was like pulling teeth. The quote came back considerable higher and was left open ended. At this point I was so frustrated I called AAA to tow the car to another repair shop. I found everyone I dealt with very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The work was done in a short time and the price was very very reasonable. I would recommend this facility for any automotive repairs you may need..
