I have used this storage location several times for extended periods of time. They have always been friendly and helpful. You usually get a response quickly.
This Matt guy didnt put us in the right unit then locked me out of my storage and now is saying he threw out what was left because I was robbed!! My birth certificate and the only pictures I had left of my family were in there and a lot of stuff that was very important to me ! Mind you he never got a late payment I wasn’t behind at all! Now Hes ignoring phone calls and pretending I’m gunna let it go
A little outta town. But secure. Always answers promptly.
