Well on April 14,23 I heard something that blew my mind. If you had not gotten a hair color or appointment for cut in six months even though you had been a customer and friend for years you are considered a new client. Apparently she is not taking new clients so basically said can’t make appointment later on at any time it is not fair to other clients.
