If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. Rent a unit from this place if you don’t need to access it for all of the 6+ months of winter. As you can tell from the photo, even putting down salt wouldn’t allow me to get into my unit. I wouldn’t give this company a cent of my money ever again, and don’t bother asking them to help clear it so you can get to your things. They conveniently hide in the lease that you’re responsible for removing the 2+ inches of ice that forms to lock in my unit for 6 months out of the year... read more

I would recommend this place to anyone. I've been storing here every winter for 5 years. The staff is very friendly, easy to work with and very reasonable rates.
