We paid for a year in advance and now need to start paying month to month since the year is up. We have called this company MANY times over the last few months to try to figure out when we need to start paying. Their website simply says “April”. We have never gotten a response from them and have left SO MANY messages. You shouldn’t be able to charge $60 a month and then NEVER call people back or have more info on your website. If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. Rent a unit from this place if you don’t need to access it for all of the 6+ months of winter. As you can tell from the photo, even putting down salt wouldn’t allow me to get into my unit. I wouldn’t give this company a cent of my money ever again, and don’t bother asking them to help clear it so you can get to your things. They conveniently hide in the lease that you’re responsible for removing the 2+ inches of ice that forms to lock in my unit for 6 months out of the year... read more
