Loved it!! My first crossfit. Anthony was great with explaining the correct format and very encouraging.
I have been doing CrossFit for a little over a year now and this is the only gym I've been a part of. The coaches and fellow athletes at this gym are super friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. I felt right at home within the first few classes at LLCF! I would highly recommend this CrossFit gym to everyone! Come check us out!
