Artur did a great job on a few jobs for us: 1) Replacing the lock mechanism of an Anderson French door 2) Installing 2 Yale smart locks that work with our home security system. He was communicative, polite, and timely throughout the process. He clearly explained the options we had available to us and kept us informed as he ordered the parts to come in. We appreciated that he even checked stylistic preferences with us, e.g., how high vs. low we wanted to install the smart lock, and whether we wanted a matching door handle. ... read more
We called Artur and he was at our home in 16 minutes! He was meticulous in addressing all the issues of a lock issue. Hardware, technology, and the construction of the door jam. Problem solved quickly and then Artur explained how to best use the app related to the lock. A master craftsman and very friendly and personable.
Artur was incredibly professional, was very communicative about time of arrival, and helped let me into my apartment. I think what was most helpful is he told me exactly what to communicate to my management company, to explain what needed to be swapped out (instead of the whole lock, just one small part of it). This was also an after hours call right at dinner time which was pretty inconvenient, so I really appreciated how prompt and helpful he was.
