Horrible Customer Service and unpredictable hours. Everytime I go into this place, the staff is rude. A week or so ago I came in during there posted hours and they were closed. This is about the 4th occurrence this has happened in the last year. It's a shame there isn't other options in joplin because it wouldn't take much to beat locke in customer service. I much prefer the locke in Miami, OK. They are friendlier and much more helpful.
Great place. The people in plumbing went way beyond the call of duty to help a homeowner with a plumbing issue.
