Good people for the most part. They will help you with prices. Other than that one person who has bad days locked is pretty darn good there quality people selling quality products
I have started going to this location verses the big box store because they have helped on several issues. They have more knowledge than the big box. I saw a couple of postings that shared that they found this branch not very helpful. I just haven't found that to be true.
I’ve been in this store at least 3 times in the last 6 months for various reasons only I come back out feeling so stupid!! These guys in BA don’t help at all!! Maybe if i was a contractor or some specialist but as an average joe you better know exactly what you want!! As one of thier employees told me yesterday they are not technicians!
At times, the customer service at Locke can be frustrating. The checkout process is usually a lengthy one. Takes forever. However, my experience the other day was one worth mentioning. A new employee Cody took the time and put forth the effort to help me in the store. Made my shopping easier and less stressful and helped regained my business and restore my patience with Locke. Worst customer service of any of the Locke Supply’s that I have been to. Staff was less than helpful. I didn’t want to help myself so I’ll just go somewhere else.
