Customer service does not exist at this location. Cashier was rude, offensive, and successful at making the transaction miserable. It's tough to do business with a company that doesn't understand customer satisfaction. Good luck staying in business.
Go someplace else!! No return or exchange policy even when they make a mistake and they try and blame you. They sold me an incompatible AC relay switch and refused to refund or exchange after just one week. I took in the old part when purchasing the new and placed it in their hands to ensure I get the correct replacement component. This led to me spending more than $250 on parts I didn't need, 2 AC techs that couldn't diagnose the problem, and one week in sweltering Texas heat and humidity.
