I really love the other locations. This location always seems to never have the parts needed in stock. So literally have to drive 15 minutes down the road to Apex supply company
I wanted to like this place but the lack of customer service and price dishonesty was very disappointing. I’ll still shop with Plano Locke but steer clear of this location.
Was assisted by an irresponsible male employee whom provided me with an incomplete order causing me to have to return to the store .
The whole team is wonderful and helpful. They will go above and beyond to help you in anyway they can. I highly recommend shopping here if you are plumber looking for top notch customer service.
