I'll be honest. REALLY surprised with the treatment and atmosphere. I get it. Your services larger companies than mine. You'd rather sell me 100 units than the one or two I need but at the end of the day that never gives you the right to talk down to me or watch me like I'm trying to steal something. As always, the staff is more than helpful as well as kind
People do not help you. One of them said it’s on this isle and another one said a different isle. I just walked out of that place where they could care less if you buy from them. Went to Lowes and the people were willing to help you and take you directly to the item I was looking for. So I tipped the helper. She wouldn’t take money so I gave her a coupon for a local restaurant. I said it’s not money but it’s free food. She was so nice. This last time I went I looked for her and then asked for her.
