Awful. Unprofessional. Slow. Incompetent.
I arrived late, but the front desk lady and the manager were incredibly kind and accommodating. They helped me quickly sign a form I needed for school. Amazing and efficient service!
The office is very clean. The staff I met are all very kind and friendly. I felt very comfortable during my visit. I saw Dr.Gai and she is a wonderful doctor. I felt she listened to my concerns and was very informative. Thank you for the great care.
Despite having a previous positive experience, I now have to update my review of this clinic. Despite calling ahead of time to ensure they could fullfil a blood requisition, and being told they could, when I showed up today to do so, they told me they couldn't. Thanks for wasting my time Locke Medical! I really appreciate that. Maybe you should train your staff to know what they can and cannot do.
This clinic is great. I needed a some blood work and TB testing for school and they booked me in the next day and did everything in house. The staff were courteous and friendly, and the doctor was great. I will certainly return to this clinic in the future.
