2 yrs ago right after hurricane we were looking for home insurance so we can close on our house. No one would help to insure us. Ryan Locke came to rescue and we close our house in 2 days. Delivered great customer service and we were able to move back to Jax from NC. Thanks a bunch
What the hell is going here. Ever since this new company took over Locke insurance all my stuff is messed up. Missing insurance cancel $ etc. Biltmore insurance sucks. Will be shopping around for a new agent. They didn't even have the professional business sense to advise customers of the change. This kind of customer service would never had happened under the founders of Locke insurance.
Incompetent and lazy. Took them 18 hours to over 5 days to not be able to help me. I need similar insurance that you can buy from any auto rental place. They can't do this. Got passed around like a hot potato and tried to gas light me along the way. Avoid them, complete waste of time and un professional.

Ryan Locke has been all business and responds very quickly. There is no rating to give him other than 5 stars. He gets you the best price and he worries about all of the legal requirements around home insurance. I would recommend Locke to anyone buying a new home.
