Beautiful spot. Short walk to the river. Great place to swim, launch a kayak, or fish. Please don't forget to pick up your trash when u leave. (:
To be state owned, I seriously expected better.
Listed as a boat ramp but you can not. Really just a good fishing spot and a place to put in or take out a kayak or canoe at most. No boats. I try and clean this area weekly (thursdays) and it still gets messy despite my anchoring a trash can there. Neither the state or town clean it so, it's up to those of us that use it to keep it tidy.
