Meg at the front desk was awesome! They have availability to reserve units online, but I chose to receive help in person. It's nice that they have someone knowledgeable available for any questions you may have rather than waiting on the phone to get connected to someone not even on the property. It only took 15 minutes for her to review the available units with me, walk with me to show me the unit I had chosen prior to signing/paying, and help me fill out the very minimal paperwork/set up an account.
