The security gate keeps me feeling safe and secure. It’s always easy to access my storage whenever I need to and the grounds are kept clear of any debris.
Been using them for a few years now, very respectful, good communication, and understanding of hard times when it comes to payments. Very clean and secure units. Would 100% recommend to anyone. -winchendon location.
Ok I would have rated it higher however there was an issue with not getting security deposit back along with being charged 2 extra months after I had ended their services. Units were nice and clean, easy access ( located on 140 in Winchendon). Will not say don’t use their services just pay attention to your billing after you end services. Take pictures of unit # along with unit empty when you leave to cover yourself. Everything is done online nothing in person. I moved out of state so won’t be using them in the future.

I found the woman I dealt with on the phone to be very pleasant. Moreso, she was accommodating with payment request. I couldn't be more happy!
