Mr Lockaby is very professional, polite, knowledgeable and kind healthcare provider. I have been going to him for several years and have not been disappointed. He took the time to discuss my concerns and to discuss preventative healthcare questions. He is very pro active with preventative healthcare maintenance (which is very important to me) and he stays on top of those upcoming appointments with you. I like how he takes your healthcare so seriously!
Fantastic! I am really comfortable with him; he is kind, caring, and highly intelligent (without being pretentious). Please ignore those very old comments.
This man is the greatest.. He has a heart and cares. My entire family has used him for years and we ain't stopping. Keep up the great work that you do and don't ever loose that big smile..

VERY VERY RUDE!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR FOR ANYTHING IN THIS WORLD, NEVER MEETING MY NIECE, NEVER READING HER MEDICAL HISTORY, TELLS HER TO GO SEE A SHRINK!!! HOW FREAKING UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT!!!!!!!!! LAUGHED AT ME BECAUSE I NEEDED A REFILL ON MY XANAX, LAUGHED IN MY FACE AND GAVE ME MY CO PAY BACK AND WALKED OUT.
I wanted a Complete physical and I just did not feel l got that from him maybe they don't do that anymore. I haven't had one in 2 years. I only had blood work done. Saw him for 5 min. Someone please explain
