Staff is excellent. Management of the property is lacking. Through complaints they have begun sanding the sheets of ice that form in the walking areas around the containers but have not addressed the pooling of water that occurs all along the upper back row of containers. I really shouldn't have to walk through 3 inches of water and have soakign wet feet to manage my container. My feet are soaked. Please spend the money for a drain pipe.

Horrible safety. No sand or salt to protect against slips trips and falls. Been a customer for years. Usually pretty good but very disappointed that they neglect to provide basic safety to their customers. Good example of a company that’s so successful that they don’t need to care about the details maybe? I had a climate controlled unit for several years. Only one mouse in all that time. It was taken care of immediately.

This company is owned by a sweet couple. One of them is always on sight during hours and ready to help. This is a gated storage property, with 2 types of storage. One climate control and locked in a building separate from the other units. That's highly important for some items. Second they helped me set up a moving van on the spot!

Would be nice if the entry keypad did not require stepping out of the vehicle every… single.. time. So.. 4/5 stars.
