I had LockTight come and pick up a bunch of documents I needed shredded. I emailed them on Monday and they were able to schedule pick up only 2 days later. Victor, their representative, was friendly and efficient. Their locking barrows and sophisticated security on their truck, made me feel very secure dealing with them.

Danny from Lock Tight Shredding was great. He just dropped off the bin today and I watched the shredder (via the camera). Wow, what a awesome truck! Thank you guys!

Lock Tight provided a shredding service for our other two locations and came highly recommended! They were professional, efficient and affordable, very happy with the service and would use again in the future.

My office is undergoing a huge transformation that required a large amount of documents to be shredded. As in any business you shop around for the best quote and availability. After careful comparison I decided to go with another company. Having Mr. Luis Alicea call, yelling and express his disappointment in his company not being selected shows poor professionalism, as there wasn’t a signed proposal for his company to do the job. Hanging up on me shows his character or lack thereof.

First time using service. Driver was professional, arrived on a timely manner, I view the shredding through the truck's camera & price was very fair. Great Job!
