Today LTS came to shred at our warehouse 20+ years of documents. Under 3 hours and over 300 boxes were shredded by Victor. He was absolutely amazing. Professional, efficient and fast!! Will definitely use this company again for yearly purge. Will recommend using this service not only for the amazing work but the amazing price as well. Great job LTS!!!
Lock Tight did a super job. Big clean out day went without a hitch. The trucks are so fast. We were told the job might take 2.5 hours, but finished in less. Plus the team is friendly and really work hard!
Enter Luis, the shredding jefe with equipment so sleek it could probably shred our expectations too—which it did. Quoted a neat $119, only to pull a rabbit out of a hat with a $320 invoice post-show. Attempted a little negotiation wizardry, but alas, Luis's big boy feelings got the best of him, and he hung up. If you love surprises and have a flair for the dramatic in your billing, Luis is your guy! Heartily recommend for a shredding good time and a suspenseful billing saga! Five stars for shredding, one star for clarity.
Luis showed up 1st thing in the morning. We had double the amount of boxes (200+) I told him we had, and it was not a problem. He was efficient, communicative, and friendly. Highly recommend!
