Was in a jam with heater totally out. Called Lock & Sons and was happy they were able to respond so quickly. About a month after they “fixed” the heater it started making extremely loud sounds when it fired up. Called and talked to Dan he listened to the sound heater was making and thought he knew what to do to fix it. Never answer phone, never call back. Have been leaving messages for a week now!
Just moved into town, and needed someone to help me with a gas line for my dryer. After leaving several messages with not even the courtesy of a return phone call, I guess these people don't need business. Shame. This is a small town, word travels fast. Oh well.
