I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, punctual and Incredibly thorough. They brought our carpets back to life- stains that were permanent are completely gone, and everything looks and smells fresh and clean. The technician was friendly, respectful of our space, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch carpet cleaning. We'll definitely be using their service again!
Kevin & his team were excellent. I messaged them for a quote to clean my upholstered bed & they were able to schedule me quick. Leon & Brian were the technicians that came to clean & they did an amazing job on getting all the pet stains out on both my headboard & footboard. 10/10 Definitely recommend their services.
Lock Pro Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning my carpets, i have some new renovations to my house and had no idea my cat was using the addition as a litter box, they did a fantastic job getting all the smells and stains, and very fast too! They got 3 bedrooms looking brand new in just an hour!! I wish i wasn’t too ashamed to take before photos, these carpets have never looked better! Amazing job for the price
Found them on Google 6/17/2025. They came to my house on 6/18/2025. They were AMAZING! On time, got every stain out of my carpet and mattress, and deodorized it! I will be a repeat customer! I definitely recommend them. Professional, nice, and courtesy!
Kevin & Tom clean the carpet in both of my bedrooms at my 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Berwyn Illinois . In my daughter’s bedroom she had some stains in her carpet and Kevin and tom were able to get all the stains out of my daughter’s bedroom carpet .
