I spoke with Nathan, first thing on a Monday morning and he was here within the hour. Our gararge door was not operating, and he had explained the reasons and went through options available with no pressure to choose either one, he also was happy to speak with my partner on the phone to explain it all again. Nathan came out this morning to service and repair my garage door. The experience was excellent! Fast, convenient, friendly, good price. The garage door is now better than ever and I highly recommend Nathan to anyone who has a noisy or broken door!

Can highly recommend Lock N Secure. Had an ‘incident’ with our garage door today and Nathan came straight out and sorted it for us. Great service, professional and friendly with very fair prices. Would certainly use again.

I called Lock N Secure Garage Doors for assistance in changing my garage door remote as someone had obtained it and broken into our garage. They acted quickly in attending same day and serviced the door while they were here as we found out it was overdue for a service, I now have another spare remote and its newly coded so the stolen remote doesn't work. This helped my peace of mine know we're secure again so quickly and promptly. Thank you Nicole and Nathan.
