Missing a couple parts, no big deal, stuff happens. Customer Service completely unresponsive to email and phone calls. Left several messages, no response. Worst customer service ever.
In modern times it's all too easy to just select the "Prime Option" on Amazon, and somehow Uncle Jeff's warehouse minions ship your product for free. When purchasing heavy items, this feature can become more beneficial due to elevated shipping costs. Be that as it may, I choose to be intentional with my pennies and steer my purchases directly to the business where possible, which can often come in valuable if a problem arises.
