I gave Lock-N-Key Rental (4) stars because we All need room to grow. But besides that I am satisfied with them.
I have been using Lock 'n Key Storage for over 20 years. Obviously, I have been very satisfied with their service. The only reason for 4 stars is that it has taken some getting used to the new owners policies. I think they are very fair with the changes. I'll continue with Lock 'n Key in the future.
Customer service is excellent
I've been with Lock N Key for 4 years now and I'm not at all happy with this "New Management". I'm actually convinced that every single review on here is from these New Managements people vs actual people who rent from LNK. SHAKING MY HEAD! I need one of these new managers to contact me via phone or email because i definitely have some questions and cant seem to get the answers I'm looking for from one of your many work from home call center ladies who probably aren't even in Aiken.
