I don’t like the fact that this storage facility continues to raise the rates and then add a $12 monthly insurance charge on top of the rate is very frustrating. Overall, they’ve kept this facility looking a lot better than it used to be although occasionally, I have to call their office and tell them that there’s piles of trash that somebody left behind and usually they will address it and pick up that trash within the next few days.
Easy to get set up and great people to deal with.
Easy place to get to and open 24/7. Was pretty good response to repairs. Fair pricing.
I have had no issues with my unit or rent. I have had units at other facilities that where broken into on multiple occasions. I feel comfortable with my belongings at LOCK-N-KEY.
I have been with lock n key storage since 2022, when they changed owners I was concerned, due to me living outta state. I fell on a hardship and got alil behind, but the owners reached out to me, and was understanding of my hardship and he was very sympathetic and willing to work with me, and I caught up quickly. I was surprised and appreciated the fact that they weren't angry and demanding at all, but listened.
