Horrible customer service, hung up on me twice, first time when inquiring about my purchase , then as I tried to follow up a few weeks later, put me on hold for 20 minutes which involved them putting the phone down and returning to their conversation laughing away. Customer service is terrible, I was talked down to 3 seconds from walking in the door. I’m told from a friend there are good employees there, unfortunately that wasn’t the employee I dealt with. Took my business to Venture Munitions- Amazing customer service over there and prices are way better.
Should have negative stars selectable. As many other reviews have said the online sales is either a scam, or the most inept operation in the industry. Ordered a product January 2nd. Ordered accessories for that product January 4th. They shipped part of the accessories January 16th but stilled had not shipped the original product. When I called to find out why they hadn't shipped the complete accessory order (even though they still showed the items in stock) they didn't know why, and offered to cancel that part of the order.... read more
Highly recommend this place for multiple reasons just to name a few. Very respectful workers who have great product knowledgeable. Fair prices and a HUGE selection of guns. If you can’t find what your looking for... don’t worry, they have a website that actually makes since and it’s easy to navigate through. Better than the other gun store websites in town. Without a doubt, I’d ask these guys for their expertise and assistance on any of my guns before going to anyone else.
Worst experience ordering something ever!! They take and hold your money to start your frustration. They sell items they do not stock. Had to dispute the transaction with credit card company. What a disappointment. 10 days, multiple emails and phone calls requesting a tracking number went unanswered. Then, day 10, they sent a tracking number but never put the shipment into UPS, just held the shipping label with tracking number. Their strategy is to get you to cancel the order.
