Do not use this storage. They continue to bill after you move out and they don't answer the phone or messages
They have really great customer service and had really helped me out with paperwork, they had my storage unit closed out when i vacated it during a sudden snow storm. When i came back 1 month and a half later, i just had to fill out a 15 day vacancy form.
Lock and leave is the best storage company we have used so far! If they happened to miss a phone call they would call me back within the same day. They were always super polite and nice. We never had any issues with our automatic payments set up. When I went to move out I realized I didn’t have my keys and would have to cut the locks off. The woman at the front desk was buried in paperwork but found time to come out with lock cutters.
