Difficult to reach by phone, and they are rarely at their own office according to their hours. The units themselves are a good deal and convenient.
Employees are friendly. $40 for storage on post. Any issues they fix right away.
The storage units are located on North Fort and are phenomenally cheaper than the ones you can find off post. The staff are very friendly and willing to help you out as best as you can even during a pcs. The only issue I had was my storage unit started to leak luckily for me though none of my stuff was damaged and they had a fix put up right away.
Great priced but the actual lot and business office are in different locations
Courteous and well informed staff. Storage units are pretty decent. I did have sweating inside a unit once so some of the framed pictures got a bit curly from the humidity. The lockers are not heated. Be careful what you store. Overall a safe place to rent and the price is good.
