I load here quite often, and almost every time the load is not ready. You always have to wait for them to get it together. It really doesn’t matter what time your appointment is — you’ll still end up waiting 3 to 5 hours.

My first time there had a great experience from the office staff and the loader. Really nice lady in office and the gentleman with the glasses in the office is rite to the point and points you in the rite direction the loader was fast. Took me 10 hours before my appointment time will definitely do business with again.
