Offers automatic withdrawal for payment, but they can't keep track of withdrawing the payments and then threaten to sell your belongings. This is the second time that I've gotten a letter saying they are going to take my stuff out of my unit for non-payment, despite having set up automatic payments and had to wait three months to find out from a letter. Owners are very helpful and respectful. Good location And the climate controlled units are perfect

After a change in ownership, this business experienced a change in the quality of customer service resulting in some months passing without charges and then catch-up months where multiple months were charged at once. I moved out of my unit, notified the owners, was told that my unit fee would no longer be charged and was still charged for the following month.
