I have 4 units at this location, due to a large home reno. They have been extremely professional over the past year, and always available to me for support or questions. There are plenty of carts for me to use to haul my items in and out. And the facilities are the cleanest I have ever seen. And I have had a lot of storage units over the years! : )
Auctioned my unit even though i did make some payments and did not get back my family pictures, ultrasounds, baby books, welding certificate. Anything that was personally sentimental. They don't care and they don't work with you.
