Herschel Lock is the best attorney. He is fair, honest and will do everything he can to help you. He got a judge to overturn a custody ruling by another judge that was unfair to me and my children. He will give you 100% and not overcharge you. If you need an attorney for family law this is the man to help you. He also helped me with my mom's estate when she passed and I no longer live in the Harrisburg area. He is, in my mind, the best attorney in the Harrisburg area.
