Reasonable price. We've had our unit over 4years and twice our door has come off the track. Coincidentally, no one is avaliable when you have an issue. Just a call center apologizing in broken english. My husband has had to fix the door. The place floods. The only reason we still have the unit is because we haven't been able to find another big unit.
I set up rental over the phone. When I went to move my stuff in to the unit, I could not get in because the call center gave me the wrong combination. With it being a Sunday, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Therefore, I had to make other arrangements with another storage company. Now, I've tried 6 times to cancel my unit and can't get a response! They actually just charged my card for another month! I am pissed!
