Rio came to fix a number of electrical issues and was absolutely brilliant. Fixed a bathroom fan (we had thought it was broken and he brought a replacement but then discovered that he could simply fix the old one for us.) Hung several lights including one very tricky sculptural light fixture. Mounted a large tv. Changed plug sockets. Advised on issues in common building areas that hadn’t been dealt with properly.
