Renter here. Had the privilege of having Gail as our agent for the past 2 years. No automated emails 24 hours later from an AI, Gail would always respond directly to us. She had great open communication with myself and the LL, always organised maintenance requests in a very timely manner, she also advocated for us when dealing with difficult neighbours and really went above and beyond during our entire tenancy.
